EYELASH EXTENSIONS POLICY
The Policies listed below have been put in place to help you have the best experience possible, please read through it before you book. We respect and value your time and ask kindly for that in return as well. If you still have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us – it would be our pleasure to assist you.
Our guarantee
- We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we’re proud to offer you. However after 3 business days, complimentary fix appointments are no longer available.
- Complimentary fix appointments must be completed within 1 week of the original date of your appointment.
- Standard 48 hours cancellation policy is applicable to fix appointments. If a fix appointment is no-showed or cancelled within 24 hours, client will no longer be eligible for a complimentary appointment, and will have to pay for a fill as usual.
Lash fills
- Prices for Fills are based on 3 weeks, Mini fills are based on 2 weeks.
- Half set fills are based on 2 weeks.
- All fills need to have at least 50% of lashes remaining.
- Additional week /less than 50 % of lashes remaining will be subject to $10 ~$20 extra.
- After 4 weeks, will be consider as a full set price.
External fill
- We do accept clients that have had their lash extensions done at a different salon. However we do charge an additional fee from $15 ~$25 ON TOP OF THE FILL PRICE depending on how long since last fill / how your extension condition is currently , as it may require more time and work to complete.
Patch test
- If you are a new client we have you complete a New Client Intake Form. On this form we have a section that offers you a Patch Test. When performing a Patch test we apply 10 lashes per eye with 2 types of adhesive. We then have you wait a full 24 hours to see if you have any reaction to our products. This service is available to all clients with no charge and can be booked in over the phone or online booking.
- Please Note – if you have reacted to eyelash extensions in the past we have the right to refuse service until a Patch Test is performed. This is for health and safety purposes so please be transparent regarding any past experiences knowing your eye health is truly our biggest concern.
Cancellation /Rescheduling
- We require 48 hours notice in advance for any cancel /rescheduling appointments.
- 1st time – last min cancel /rescheduling – Free pass as we realize things happens sometimes
- After 1st time – If you need to cancel / rescheduling appointments on the same day or less than a proper time you will be subject to 50% of the total service charge as we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice.
- We accept cancellations/ rescheduling by phone, email ,in person, or TEXT ONLY to 778-892-1622.
- Each time a client misses an appointment without proper notice we reserve the right to charge a fee of the service booked.
Arriving late
- Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available and will charge full price.
- If you are at least 30 minutes late and haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and 100% of service fees may apply.
No show
- “NO SHOW “ will be subject to 100% full cost of the service and required a 50 % of deposit to secure their spot for next appointment.
- Each time a client misses an appointment without proper notice we reserve the right to charge a fee of the service booked.
We respect and value your time and ask kindly for that in return. We try our best to keep our schedule running smoothly. Please be courteous and notify us if you running behind or cannot make your appointment.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Age Restriction
- When booking your appointment please do keep in mind that if you are under the age of 18 you are required to have a Parent/ Guardian with you to sign the consent form. If you are under 18 years of age and are without a Parent/Guardian we will refuse the service.
Half set to full set
- If you have come in for a Half Set service with us and decide the look is not dramatic enough you are able to come back in within 3 business days to have it filled to a Full Set and to pay the difference of price.
- Fill to a full set appointments must be completed within 1 week of the original date of your appointment.
AFTER CARE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS
- Avoid water or getting them wet for the first 24 hours to have them completely cures.
- Washing your lashes daily/every other day. You can clean them with a lash cleanser with a small brush going in circular motions around your lash line.
- Lightly pad & dry them with a paper towel and let them naturally dry and brush after when it dry
- Only use oil-free or water-based products to remove makeup.
- Make sure to remove all eye makeup at the end of the night, prevent residue build-up between extensions and cause them to fall out faster .
- Avoid all oil-based products as the oil will break down the adhesive we use.
- Do not spray your lashes directly with the showerhead.
- Do not rub, pull, or play with your extensions as it will make them fall out quickly
- Be careful with hot steam, cooking, baking, BBQ, or smoking as the heat can singe the tips of the lashes resulting in flattening or tightly curling the extensions .
- Lastly, remember to book your lash fill appointment regularly to keep them looking fabulous.
